1. You must own what you upload. By uploading a file you declare that you own 100% of the rights to it, or hold a valid license covering custom manufacture for personal use. This declaration is recorded with a cryptographic hash of the exact file.

2. Your file goes to a manufacturer. PricedLowest is a matching and optimization platform. Your file is transmitted directly to a vetted manufacturing partner solely to produce your order, in unbranded packaging, under a data-processing agreement that forbids any other use.

3. Infringement has consequences. If a rights holder establishes that an upload infringed their work, you are responsible for the resulting claims — that's the deal you make when you check the box. We remove infringing content on valid notice (DMCA §512) and suspend repeat offenders.

4. We keep proof, not your art. We retain the file hash, consent record, and fulfillment trail — not a gallery of your work. Files are deleted from fulfillment systems 30 days after delivery.

5. Rights holders: send notices to legal@pricedlowest.com with the work identified, the location of the allegedly infringing material, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
