# Acceptable Use Policy

**Effective:** 2026-04-30

You agree not to:

1. **Break the law** — including export controls, sanctions, anti-bribery, anti-spam, intellectual-property, privacy, and labor laws.
2. **Upload material you do not have rights to** — drawings, models, photos, recordings, or trademarks belonging to others.
3. **Order or solicit production of items prohibited by law** including untraceable firearms, weapons of mass destruction, or any item subject to applicable export prohibition.
4. **Abuse the AI assistant** — no prompt injection, jailbreak, automated extraction, or attempts to use the assistant to harm any person, infrastructure, or system.
5. **Circumvent geofencing, audit logs, time-clock validation, or background-location consent.** Falsifying time entries, GPS, or quality-check evidence is grounds for termination, payment forfeiture, and possible prosecution.
6. **Compromise security** — no probing, scanning, exploiting, denial-of-service, brute force of OTP codes, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to other accounts.
7. **Spam, harass, or impersonate** other users, including via chat, share links, or SMS.
8. **Resell, sublicense, or build a competing service** using our Services.
9. **Use the public feed to post unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.**
10. **Use the platform to facilitate human trafficking, child exploitation, or any abuse of vulnerable people.** Such conduct will be reported to law enforcement.

We may suspend, throttle, or terminate access for any violation. We may remove content at our discretion. We may report unlawful conduct to authorities.
